Stephen Moxley

Hello!

I’m Stephen. Fermentation enthusiast and beer drinker.

I’m a current student in the Fermentation Sciences program at Appalachian State University, and a lab assistant in our Service Lab.

My current research focuses on bioprospecting for Appalachian yeast strains that have brewing potential.

Previously, I was a brewer at Eastern Divide Brewing Company in Blacksburg, VA and hold a B.A. in English with a focus in Professional and Technical Writing from Virginia Tech.

There is probably something fermenting in my kitchen.
