Hello! I’m Stephen.

I’m passionate about all things fermentation.

I’m a recent graduate and research assistant in the Fermentation Sciences program at Appalachian State University. I’ve worked for breweries in the brewhouse, cellar, and quality lab, and I hold a degree in Technical Writing from Virginia Tech.
